Ocean Aeration System for AquaCulture
Ocean Aeration System for AquaCulture
New model GEN5 AquaCannon and Power Pack
Unit running from start up to 65% potential. operating in 55-60ft of water. Note bow wave at about 200ft from unit, caused by blast bouncing off bottom
Mode for shallow water operation where you do not want the bottom disturbed, can be adjusted to operate in as little as 2 meters or 6 feet of water.
High performance salmon production site, Gold River area, Vancouver Island. 2 AquaCannons in operation. immediate improved area: 4, 30 meter pens per unit. Manufactured by Seeley’s Cove Research Center
4 AquaCannon aerators ready for deployment in the Gold River area,Vancouver Island, BC, Canada Each unit has independent flotation. Diesel powered for max portability/flexibility Each unit has the ability to support approximately 1 million+ lbs of Salmon during periods of low oxygen. AquaCannon has the ability to maintain optimal oxygen levels during digestion.
First generation of AquaCannon under going trials at salmon farm, Nova Scotia, Canada
Worlds first aerator engineered specifically to resolve low oxygen problems on salmon/fish farms in a ocean environment. The AquaCannon is capable of raising the dissolved oxygen content of the water 3-5 mg/l within minutes in an area of a cubic acre. 25000gpm/100000Lpm actual pumping rate mixed with 1000cfm of air, has the ability to supersaturate, will drive the blast down 50-60ft. Note the bubbles appear as milk in water! Inventor- William Jones, Seeley’s Cove Research Center, New Brunswick, Canada
